About Me

A Craft Learned, A Tradition Honored

Hi, I'm Mana. I am a Certified Advanced Practitioner and Teacher (CAPT) in Nuad Bo Rarn Thai Massage (ITM Northern Style), trained in Thailand and at Wat Pho — one of the country's most respected massage schools — where I studied Traditional Thai Massage and Reflexology. Over the years I've also built experience across a range of other massage techniques, and I combine all of this with daily hands-on practice, so what I offer is practical, effective, and grounded in real experience.

Mana Thai Massage was born from a simple mission: to bring that authentic, centuries-old healing tradition to Tarragona, with the same care and precision I learned from my own teachers. Every guest who visits my studio receives an individually tailored session — never a routine, always a response to what your body needs that day.
